Mr. Barazzuol is Sandpiper’s President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the day-to-day management of Sandpiper since the inception of Sandpiper in September 2016. Mr. Barazzuol was previously the Chief Financial Officer for the Aquilini Group, initially as chief financial officer of the real estate development group. Aquilini Group is a private organization involved in many industries including: real estate, construction, waste energy, farming, entertainment, and food and beverage. Prior to joining Aquilini, Mr. Barazzuol was with TSX-listed Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. from January 1999 to April 2008, firstly as CFO and then Executive Vice President Business Development. At Amica, Mr. Barazzuol was involved in public equity raises, financings, acquisitions, dispositions, tax and rebranding of the company. Mr. Barazzuol earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Mr. Camenzuli brings over 35 years of broad real estate operating and acquisition experience to the REIT. Mr. Camenzuli provides both entrepreneurial vision and strategic direction to ACR. Since 1998 he has overseen the acquisition, management and disposition of over $3.2 billion in assets. Mr. Camenzuli founded Agellan Capital Partners in 2003 and operated the entity until ACR internalized management in late 2017. From 1985 to 2002, he was a principal and president of Caber Capital and one of the founding partners of CBRE Limited. From 1980 to 1985, Mr. Camenzuli held senior management positions in several real estate companies including two major Canadian retail brokerage firms. Mr. Camenzuli holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters degree in Social Sciences from the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Gibbs is a Trustee and the Chair of Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. She brings over ten years of real estate and capital markets experience to Agellan. Prior to founding MPI Consulting, a boutique consulting and professional life coaching firm, Ms. Gibbs held progressively senior positions in the real estate investment banking divisions of BMO Capital Markets, Brascan Financial Real Estate Group (Brookfield Financial) and RBC Capital Markets and was a registered representative with the Investment Dealers’ Association. Ms. Gibbs’ areas of expertise include financial and strategic advisory services to both public and private real estate companies as well as working with institutional and retail investors, across a broad range of real estate asset classes and geographies. Transactional experience has included initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings of debt and equity, as well as privatizations and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, her prior capital markets experience has encompassed global markets sales and trading, compliance and risk management. Ms. Gibbs holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, a member of Women in Capital Markets and is a Fellow of The Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School.
Mr. Ladouceur is a retired Partner from KPMG Canada where he was in charge of the tax practice as well as the financial institutions and real estate practice. He held a number of senior leadership positions throughout his 30 year career with KPMG including the role of Senior Partner and Chairman of KPMG Caricom, a Caribbean Community of fifteen Caribbean countries between 2007 and 2010. His experience with KPMG involved financial reporting, tax advice to major Canadian and foreign pension funds and real estate investment trusts, including advice on the formation of publicly traded trusts. Mr. Ladouceur acted as an international tax advisor regarding the purchase of Canadian real estate by foreign investment funds and the purchase of foreign real estate by Canadian investment funds. He has also provided consulting advice to privately held real estate companies and trusts and charitable foundations. Mr. Ladouceur holds Bachelor Degrees in both Commerce and Arts from the University of Windsor, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and Chartered Business Valuator.
Mr. Lazer is the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Elad Canada Inc., a real estate and development company, formerly publicly listed on the Tel Aviv Stock exchange. Prior to becoming the CEO, Mr. Lazer served as the CFO of the company. Since joining Elad in 2011, Mr. Lazer lead diversified processes in various aspects of real estate, including financing, investment, acquisition, disposition, development and marketing with a transactional record of billions of dollars. Prior to joining Elad, Mr. Lazer held various progressive financial management roles at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, where he served as the financial controller for the Caribbean and Central American district stationed in Miami, FL, USA and later as the Director of Finance for the Asia Pacific area stationed in Hong Kong, China. While at ZIM, Mr. Lazer gained vast experience in various forms of international cross-continent trade and financing. Mr. Lazer is a CPA (Israel) by trade and prior to joining ZIM he worked at Ernst & Young (Israel) where he was engaged with publicly traded corporations. Mr. Lazer holds a degree in economics and accounting from the University of Haifa, Israel, a certificate in “Comptrollers and Financial Management” program by the Department of Continuing Education and External Studies of the University of Haifa and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree specializing in financial management from the University of Tel Aviv.
Mr. Meyer has over 20 years of real estate and public market experience. Prior to joining Terra Firma, Mr. Meyer held a number of positions with the Paul Reichmann Group of Companies such as Founder and Chief Investment Officer of IPC US REIT where he was responsible for acquiring, financing and ultimately selling over $2 billion of real estate assets. In addition, immediately prior to joining Terra Firma, he was Managing Director of Harbor Group International and was responsible for managing a debt opportunity fund that traded in CMBS notes following the 2008 debt crisis. Mr. Meyer holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and an LLB from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
Ms. Tammer is a real estate professional with over 25 years of capital markets and real estate investment experience. She has advised on numerous REIT IPO and M&A transactions, debt and equity offerings and property trades totaling over $30 billion. Ms. Tammer has previously served as a real estate financial markets expert witness, REIT Trustee (Healthlease Properties REIT) and Corporate Director (Tricon Capital Group). Ms. Tammer began her career as an architect. She gained analytical and transactional experience in progressively senior roles from analyst to investment principal during seven years with CIBC Development Corporation before joining CIBC World Markets for more than a decade as a senior real estate investment banker focusing on REITs. Ms. Tammer completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree (Waterloo), MBA (Rotman), CFA designation, specialized training in derivatives securities (Canadian Securities Institute) and the director education ICD.D program. She is on the board of Habitat for Humanity for the Greater Toronto Area.

Terra brings over 20 years of broad real estate experience to her position, with over $1.3 billion dollars of real estate transaction experience. In addition to corporate management of all the Agellan entities and partnerships, Terra stewards the day-to-day management responsibilities including property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and operations. Prior to co-founding Agellan Capital Partners, which internalized into the REIT, Terra held various asset, property and general management roles at Caber Capital, O & Y Enterprises and Cadillac Fairview.
Prior to recruitment by Agellan Capital Partners in 2013, which internalized into the REIT, Daniel was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP, practising in their building, construction and real estate industry group. Daniel has over 10 years of real estate experience, has been involved in over $1 billion of capital market transactions, and has proven expertise in financial controls, risk management, financial reporting, real estate valuation and financial modeling. He holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and Bachelors of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Daniel oversees the accounting and finance operations.
